Always had Chinese eyes I think it’s just because of lower body fat that they became more noticeable and also I have kinda negative eyelid hooding which enhances this even more

Actually it still is red sometimes. This picture was taken in good lighting and with tinted sunscreen on. But I also was on accutane for a year and had one session of microneedling done so far.
