you look the exact same just without acne
you went trough puberty so trough hormones and now your body got used to them so your acne got better and you probably also started doing a skincare

Good work. Did you take accutane? Growing out hair may not be necessary or worth the hassle but I recommend you try it. Definitely do not go shorter hair.

Yea I was on accutane for like 2 but i stopped because it didn’t help much

Daily exercise for posture mainly for lumbar region and neck region
Started chewing like a normal person because I was literally swallowing unchewed food
