The plan/list:

1.
Get to 10% bodyfat, been fat (20% my whole life)

2. Take peptides i know most are cope and steriods are better but i am pussy to take em
- igf1-lr3 to gymmax and inject locally into jaw (masseter muscle), i know its cope and wont grow the actual bone or ascend bones but its good for muscles ig and why not try
- mt2, summer is coming up so ye need that tan
- reta for fat loss speed up

3. MSE my palate is narrow af i can barley fit a finger in it, gonna beg my curry ortho to do it

4. lemon bottle in nose tip, buccal fat pads, in and around manible and hyoid and maybe stomach to get abs quicker and dont worry ill use hyaluron pen when injected into face to be safer

5. after MSE, im in braces atm, when i get out of mse and braces, ill whiten my teeth and get caps on my chipped teeth

6. Dye hair and eyebrows, self explanatory, done it before easy, fast and effective

7. haircut (yes i know its cope) but i am growing out my hair and it looks disgusting in the akward phase atm

8. gymmax main focus on shoulders on neck, i quit gym but gonna start again after i hope on peptides

9. hydrocortisone on nose (already done it but when i go out or sum ill use it)

10. PDO threads maybe for canthal tilt

let me know if there is anything else needed to this, and i cant do this until i get manmade money, i finally got a job as a lifeguard where they pay not bad (im a teen so its good pay) $25 an hour, so maybe in 2-3 months this will actually be carried out:lul::feelswhy:

IGF1-LR3 acts systemically (thought it acts slightly stronger for a short period of time near the injecting site before diffusing), so injecting locally into a high risk site isn't really worth it. It will grow bones though (thicken the periosteum, and lengthen bones if growth plates aren't fused) it's not cope it's just iqlet larps saying it's cope because they are too scared to pin it.

MT1 > MT2 due to selectiveness on melanocortin receptors despite being slightly weaker, it is much safer with much lower risk for side effects.

You could add a low dose aromatase inhibitor to boost testosterone (lowering sex hormone signalling to hypothalamus/pituitary gland) and keep your growth plates open for longer. Be careful with dosing, you don't want to dip below 20pg/mL E2 blood levels (you can get bloodwork or wing it via symptom-based, but if you wanna wing it your lifestyle needs to be perfect so you can actually notice the changes in mood)

Litterally doing the same thing I just gotta grow out the buzz and I’m taking hgh I would say just do that rather than IGF 1

I Think this is a good plan but i think you getting lean , tan , and taking peptides will be enough to eventually ascend you but ofc i know some of these methods like PDO threads are cope. There only temporary and no girl will notice your canthal tilt when there on your dick . 6.5/10
