My ascension plan for over the summer-december

I would take test, rad, anavar, etc. but both of my parents were pretty much infertile and even with proper pct i cant risk anything, so ill just stick to GH for now and maybe lh/fsh boosters

Enclomiphene 6mg daily
6-8 IUs of HGH daily (might help with bone density if i combined it with bone smashing, or bruising the bone, and could help what little growth i have left, along with being good for gains)
exemestine 12.5mg eod
and also supps like vitamin d3, k2, mag, L-arginine, etc.

copes im trying:
shilijat and ashwagandha

tinted lap balm or vasoleine along with lip brushing
Volufilline (could be cope but worth trying)

applying all to lashes and brows
Latisse
Oral minox
Castor oil
the Ordinairy lash and brow serum

volufilline for better hooding and under eyes for orbital fat

copes im trying:
ill try eye pulling/training the obecularis oculi even tho its probably cope, it doesnt hurt to try it and share my results, along with eyelid pulling

tanning/coloring
lycopene 20mg raw powder
Astaxanthin 4mg
Beta carotene 30,000 IU
MT2
tan-luxe self tanner
sunscreen always

ive experimented a lot and found the following stack was best for having really glowing skin

icing
cleanser
toner
vitamin C
Hyralounic acid the ordinary
Moisturizer/bb cream

for any hyperpigmentation ill use Niacinamide (10%) or Azelaic Acid (15-20%)


volufilline on chin
hyoid training with rapid jaw openings and doing that inflatable little basketball method thread in botb

copes im trying:
premaxilla pushing, chewing tons of hard foods and hard meat, mastic gum, and vegetables, along with towel pulling and premolar pushing, lateral thumbpulling, hard mewing 24/7, bone pushing and bone smashing.

Again, these methods are probably cope but it doesnt hurt to give them a shot, especially with elevated gh levels its worth experimenting and reporting how it goes

not going to bore you to death with a long list of the same foods you see all over the site, just mainly a whole foods diet based on meat (mostly red) eggs, dairy, fruit, and fish.

staying pretty active this summer, taking walks outside, wageslaving during the summer (if i can find a job), playing basketball and soccer in my backyard, gym U/L split 3-4x, and intense boxing cardio during rest days (full rest day once a week)



For height i would be like 5’11 but i developed mild scoliosis at like 12 so im stuck at 5’8 but im experimenting and im able to wear a tight brace at night my height is 5’10-11 in the morning for an hour, and with complex spinal decompression measures in theory I could “regain” the height for longer in the day but im still experimenting and research that topic so sometime in the future ill drop a thread on my research and successes with that for my subhuman fellow scoliosiscels

Im also eating in a pretty surplus since i was really malnourished during puberty so now im skinny and look younger than i actually am

also doing chin tucks, pt, and various back excercices for the height and my shitty posture

ill be voicemaxxing using various softmaxxes and the vocular app, along with neck training for obvious reasons

originally i was going to get a palate expander for this plan and i got a consultation but the orthodontist said it was pointless since my bite is pretty much perfected (already had braces and a palate expander when i was 7) and doing anything more would just cause issues and only move the soft tissue around

doing some softmaxxing methods for the width but my main issue is my huge dorsal hump and size which isnt really fixable so ill just hop on the first flight to turkey the moment i turn 18

thanks bro, ill look into that. And yeah, last night i looked into enclo and realised its not optimal, and i probably greatly accelerated my growth plates fusing by doing it before for a few months, so i might be capped at 5’9 for life :feelswhy: HMG looks like a much better option.

the towel pulling is definitely something i was going back on and was retarded to add in retrospect and the enclo im not doing anymore and probably gonna do hcg or hmg instead. like i said, my fertility is probably extremley bad and i really cant risk anything even with proper pct i dont want to risk not having a kid because then whats the whole point of ascending anyway

there is 0 cases of people losing fertility because of gear, yes its true ON gear your fertility and sperm quality decreases, but apart from anamoly one in a billion humans , 99% will bounce back within weeks with hcg or even better hmg

if still in puberty ur face is plently malleable. breathing through your nose, sleeping on your back, proper tongue posture/mewing that + GH and Test will do it. Having strong suprahyoid muscles to apply more pressure on the roof of the mouth is good for facial development. Neck exercises.

thanks dude. Hopefully doing all of this will ascend me, along with all of the softmaxxes listed. The only issue is my height since my growth plates are almost pretty much fused, so hopefully i can gain one more inch of height. At the end of the day im just glad im not 5’0-5’6

get a tiny inflatable baskeyball and put it under your jaw, laying on your back, and then almost do like a chin tuck but with the inflatable basketball underneath so you have resistance

full sperm restoration and quality isnt guaranteed, which again, i really want to avoid. my parents had 5 miscarriages to have me (existancepill) so i cant risk anything. If the hcg doesnt work like how i want it to by august then ill look i to switching to test.

even in your case hmg would work, but looking at your situation i guess it is better not to risk

eye pulling works I did it for 2 months and people said I started to look like this local influencer in my town who ahs amazing hoded eyes, I have still got my skins to improve though

do the skincare part i listed, literally worked wonders for me. I have low collagen tho, so ill take collagen pills, bone broth, bocucciol, volufilline, and the gh especially will help.

just eat shit ton of meat and raw eggs dont drink to much milk if you have acne prone skin for collagen, is your skin on more of the oilier plus acne prone side?

no not really, I just get wrinkles pretty easily and pigmentation pretty quickly
