context- 15 years old, ethnic and quite short 5'9, I would consider myself to be facially lmtn
Although this is a plan for me, I hope this can help other ethnics or teens like me.
EYE AREA ASCENDING-
Yes I have infras of doom, deep-set eyes cursed by the lack of fat pads I also have too much UEE and a recessed browridge bone
All of these flaws make my eyes easily my worst feature, but IT IS NOT OVER.
My eyebags can get better through fixing sleep and circadian rhythm but they wont fully dissapear.
This is why I will save up and wait until im 18 to get lower blepharoplasty as well as botox for UEE and browridge implant.
EYEBROWS AND EYELASHES-
Oral minox + latisse maybe castor oil on my eyebrows, I mainly lack volume on the sides these can really bump up my rating.
SKIN-
Skin quality isnt great due to acne, acne scars also hyperpigmentation.
To fix this I will hop on GHK-CU as well as eat a cleaner diet and try some basic skincare.
This should be more than enough to get good skin.
JAW-
My maxilla doesnt have crazy forward growth paired with my slightly recessed chin my jaw needs improvement.
For this I have been maintaining correct tongue posture aswell as fully chewing food. (bare minimum ik)
If nothing works , Im getting bimax at 18
BONEMASS-
My bones currently are decent however since I am still in puberty I will eat a diet consisting of mainly meat dairy and eggs to maximise my bonemass and overall health (not expecting anything crazy)
GYMMAXXING-
My physique currently is not the best, I am lean but quite skinny and i think diet and going to the gym consistently can give me a decent body as my frame isnt awful. Hopefully this increases appeal.
Rate this ascension plan if its good or dogshit please tell me what I can improve about it.
