rate my ascension. I was chubby, 76 kg and like 5'4-5'5. Bloated face, no gym, no chin tucks, only skinny noodle arms. first two pictures are my old self and the last 3 are my new less bloated, ascended self. (with a little more chin tucks and gymmaxxing) i think its been a year and a half of a difference. I've added 8 inches of height, replaced fat with muscle mass as I started the gym 3 months ago, started doing chin tucks recently and went on a cut to lower bodyfat. Im now around 14% and have abs. If my lips look thin, im insecure because i have big lips and kinda tuck them in. Should i gain muscle mass, or cut again to lower bodyfat and get an even smoother. What rating am i? Ltn? Mtn? And what potential do i have with softmaxxing and hardmaxxing.
