Took* I've already finished my course, finished it 10 months ago. Only side effects were really dry lips, and nose. Literally it, there was 3 days where I had really back lower back pain I couldn't even walk but this lasted 3 days out of the 5 months that I took it, and went away quickly. Was very worth it imo ascended me a lot
