i started hitting the gym, got to 10% bf. drinking hella water, eating healthier, etc. also, idk if this had anything to do with my ascension, but proper tongue posture(mewing) and keeping good posture in general for 1 1/2 years. also got a haircut and grew into my bones a little more. i’m currently 17, alsmost 18, so the before picture was around when i was 15 turning 16
