i lost over 40 pounds and from barely being able to run a mile to finishing a marathon and running cross country and track i changed the way i trained the way i ate the way i carried myself and the way i think along with me running at 5 am everyday and getting 20 miles worth of steps a day along with going to the gym none of that happened js because i got older lol

like of my skin? If so it’s nuts a high exposer filter but this is me in the morning but I can look a tad bit darker directly in the sun
