Brutal bowl cut. I think layer it then try not to make it stick out from the sides so much. Make it all move forward to cover your forehead . Search up Jeff Seids haircut

It looks like u got a bowl cut and something is growing from under it on a completely different layer, if u dont want to buzz it then ask ur barber for an advice, or wait for someone to give u a haircut recommendation
