I switched my split from Arnold to upper/lower, I stay in the 5-9 rep range trying to increase weight. cut out junk food and sugar for a week then you can eat 1 unhealthy food item then back to cutting out unhealthy foods.

side profile is pretty good, a good softmaxx for front would be working on eye area. Ur eyes look really tired in both photos, work on squinting and maintaining proper eye muscle engagement.

What do you mean by like eye muscle engagement

For example when youre really focused on something, your eyes vertically narrow and have a more intense look. For you, I think that this would help a lot. Look in the mirror and use your eyes as if you were looking at something far a way. Essentially just squinting.

I think im doing it completely wrong but wtv
