I’m at 120 too, I’ll never hit it again tho because I got it during my peak gymcel bulk phase and was way stronger then

real shi man, now adays im tryna stay lean and whenever i bench id work w 90kg-100kg so 90kg for like 10 and 100kg for like 4-5 max im no longer pr seeking at the moment

My isolations have remained similar though oddly, maybe the extra fat around abs helps w compounds due to more ab support
