Lens distortion makes it harder to see well. Obviously skincare(tretinoin for that hyperpigmentation), minoxidil for eyebrows and shave beard. What's off is the small upper third and lips taking up like 50% of his lower third. Rhino would ascend and yes he's got good potential

I feel like he could send it would just be a lot of effort because right now he’s looking like a sub three but I reckon he has potential to make it by mtn if he tries hard enough and maybe a high mtn but that will take a lot of effort. I’d say focus on skin to get rid of the imperfections. Then try to even out your face with anything you can. Your hair hairstyle is not bad. You need to groom your hair so it’s not so puffy and it’s looking a bit more smoother.

dude got good eyes, eyebrows are just nerfing eye area, good hairline, nose is big tho rhinoplasty, other than than hopping on skin care (mainly Accutane) and becoming lean or debloating would instantly boost him his lips r a bit big tho, he could prolly swap to dreads or a diff hairstyle that suits him later on, n his cheekbones look ight tho idk if he cheek biting but looks decent.
