Keep in mind I lost more than 20 kg of fat because I gymcelled for a year natty. Still have like 5-8 kg of fat to lose and 5-6 kg of muscle to gain.

Gigacope. I haven't moved a muscle in 120 days + so I'm bound to lose some size. Bit being fat is a looksmin. I can regain all lost muscle in 2 months and become even bigger
