@HundredManSlayer, I am improving bro, now I can see the obliques and the two upper abs appear but my camera is super shit to see properly

Do you go to the gym or just workout at home? how long did it take to achieve this
this is my before and after 3 months, lost 9kgs going ot the gym and doing diet, this last pick was from 20days ago I guess

things are progressing way slower than I expected but I am not willing to go agressive and lose muscle, I think it is too risky, it might fuck with my gains

Body fat is not just about losing the weight, it's about maximizing lean muscle mass over fat mass. You are definitely in need of more training at the gym. Look at yourself, close to no muscles, flat (I don't care if pumped or not).

There is no need for insult. No, I'm not running gear and the fact that you go 6 times a week at the gym is enough for me to conclude that you are clueless.

Aim for a realistic plan that gives you time to recover as well, try four times a week as a beginner and run a good program consistently.

And for your information it's quite possible to cut and build muscle at the same time. Even as a natural, I'm one of the many living examples.

I did and that's just after three months to the gym, if I read correctly. It's good but you have more room for improvement. I might have been harsh in my first post so I'll just make a slight correction : you are building muscle mass and this should be your priority now.
Since you've only started the gym, don't obsess with body fat for now. Eat clean to support your training and don't go hard on a deficit. You'll benefit more from a recomp than a cut at this point. Hope this settles things.

I am on a small caloric deficit yet already lost 10kgs in those 3 months even tho I didn't lose in arms or shoulders wich means I gained muscle

I need to keep cutting for 3 more months I guess to be totaly leanmaxxed, I'll get super lean first then I'll do a small bulk, slight caloric surplus about 200 cal a day at best

I see, the longer you're on a cut the harder it gets because of metabolic adaptation. Those 10 kg in 3 months are fast because of novelty. I understand your goal but don't get your hopes too high ; focus on the weight training mainly. Best of luck to you.
