Rate my body, guess body-fat?

I'd say 12% body-fat, is this accurate? What muscles grows should I focus on? I deliberately avoid doing core exercises to maintain good proportions between shoulders/waist. Also am obviously pushing my stomach out for the adonis belt.

also you're probably around 15, just because you can see an outline of your abs doesnt mean you are 12%

chest is kinda weak, that and obliques are the only things thst dont fit the rest of your frames proportions

Thank you for this criticism. It is really appreciated because no matter how objective I try be I just simply can't be objective about my own body.

Yeah, but I kinda wanna have a juicy body as well for myself. Of course in clothes the only thing that matters is shoulder width and neck width. But I kinda hate being lanky, man. I'm light on muscle, I'm only 83kg at 190cm.

Yeah, I have very long chest insertions, I'm already doing the hardest push-up variations at high volume and my chess is still thin.

Fuck, man, I have some dieting to do. The truth really does hurt. What BMI do you think 6'2 - 6'3 models are at?

no idea tbh man, my advive is just keep lifting until you are happy with yourself, the truth is as long as you aren't fat and have some definition in the abdominal area women wont care so do it for yourself

Thanks. I doubt I'll run roids as I don't care much about body when I already have wide frame.

My country also cucked my hardcore by closing gyms, I seem to respond much better to high-intensity than high-volume. Guess I'll cut till they re-open.

Yeah, my rib-cage is ridiculously over-sized, so my shoulders look extremely small. I'll upload new pics, I've made a bit of progress. I'll also show the ridiculous size difference between my ribs and my arms...
