you def not skinny i was 73kg at 6ft and i use to get wind will blow you jokes but i was low bf now im 82kg nobody calls me skinny becouse for my body wheight i have pretty big and lean arms you need to focus on having low bf max 18% perfectly 13% and build muscle have big arms shoulders chest back big legs but try not to have any wheight on the belly area i can see you carry a lot of not needed wheight fat on your belly area low handles lower back if you put that belly wheight into muscle to yours arms i guarantee you will look much bigger at 85kg
