I've lost approx 5kg from my usual weight but I'm still lifting just as heavy as when I was a blaotcel. I've laid off the pasta completely. I thinks I'm sub-20% BF for first time since my anorexic days 10 years ago.

I even hid my phone cover and bulge that's how high inhib I am.
What's my BF approx? How far am I from a Zyzz body. Atm I'm going gym like 3 days a week. Always skip leg days, because leg days are for pussies
