Humble brag thread as you obviously look good.

In my experience after 2 years lifting, gains felt impossible to come by. I kept at it for 3 more years natty and got a lot heavier but it sure wasn't all muscle. I got shitty muscle building genetics tho.

I cant get lower with the bf% or i will look like a skinny joke. I also have extremely narrow hips.

No, you shouldnt do that. Have some dignity tbh. You can SEA maxx, there are beautiful girls there and your body is really good, you should not have a problem in getting them.. I would rather go with an asian which shes like 7/10 than to be with a white landwhale

Its so brutal that it takes all my life energy or motivation. The whole day i think about this aging shit.
Specially since i started way to late with looksmaxing i never experienced love or dating during my young years.
Travelling with a cute girlfriend was never possible for me. I missed on so many things.

Now since 2 years i looksmaxed and did a few stuff that improved my looks a lot. Still there was covid and i was not really confident or nt enough to take profit off my looks :confused:
Oldceldom caught me now, and 30 is not far away anymore. I really dont know how i should manage to life the next few years or even decades as a worthless old person.

Meh I think 178 is barely just enough not to be considered short. It's like 10cm shorter than me which in reality is not that much.

Lean with good shape, if you want to be serious TRT is stupid, hop on the test and do a nice bulk around 500mg is usually the starter dose, since your gonna be fresh train shoulders hard as fuck 2x a week as the androgen receptors will be blowing up your shoulders and traps anyways and you will be stimulating this even further by training shoulders too, dont be a pussy and skip legs, high bar ATG squats if you complain about mobility go inject estrogen son, you dont have shitty hips so a V-Taper would compliment you really well and will obviously ascend you hard and you will be able to shed more fat from your face due to the increased muscle mass, again this is your choice but those yappin about roidcels know they are doomed by their genetics and spend their time getting mogged 24/7 this isnt encouragement but some friendly advice
