I have been doing calisthenics for 3 months now and I took my diet and everything more seriously, finally I have achieved some gains and I would like to have an honest opinion on them.
Hopefully I can hop in the gym this summer and actually lift some iron, for the diet I just ate 1 kilo of pork chops + 8 fried eggs + liver every single day.
