Big glass of lemon water
500mg aspirin with more water
Coffee with nutmeg, pepper, cayenne, salt and 7g Grenn Maeng Da kratom

Only thing missing is turmeric, which I will go buy now.


I know it's not really breakfast, but I'm cutting hard now so it's all about keeping the calories to a minimum.

I feel pretty good, but I don't really have a lot of energy to move around.

Do you think I should take a protein shake or a pre workout supplement? The PWO has l-tyrosine.
