interocular distance is too high, but rating someone at 13yrs predicting the future is difficult. Look at my post, i've changed a lot since 13. His bone mass will increase, and he'll look great provided he does regular exercise (not overdoing), and mews (call it coe if you want but I got forward growth and I don't recall doing anything else, maybe just puberty)
