One entire rotisserie chicken from walmart (2k calories, 152g protein) 5-6 cup of cooked white rice ( 1k calorie~ 250~ carb, 20~ protein) couple glasses of whole milk a day and 2-3 large bananas. PLUS whatever mom cooks for dinner . basically $10 or under a day. (also test if i dont pussy out)
