One entire rotisserie chicken from walmart (2k calories, 152g protein) 5-6 cup of cooked white rice ( 1k calorie~ 250~ carb, 20~ protein) couple glasses of whole milk a day and 2-3 large bananas. PLUS whatever mom cooks for dinner . basically $10 or under a day. (also test if i dont pussy out) :p:p:p:p

no 5lb rice is 3 bucks and rotissiere chicken is $6 plus fruits and milk is cheap i live in poor place so groceries are cheap asf i calculated its about $10 a day

Eat good carbs, not just rice, rice is fucking ass. Only do that as a cheap- pre workout carb. Eat potato, sweet potato, bread or just something with actual nutrients/fibers

ok nigger ill do potatos and fruits i heard rice is good but apparently not. im only scared cuz thats like 10k potassium a day :lul:

a bag of nuts is 1200 calories and maybe like 1,80

Rice is just a very quick carb with 0 nutrients, u can compare it to sugar. But rice has water inside so it's less dense and still tasty, Just do it only as pre-workout meal, if u want but otherwise rice is like really ass

so what are good carbs i could do? potatos and fruit?
 
im not eating ANY nuts :lul:
just find something high calorie in your store i eat a bowl of something i found in my store and its about 1 thousand calories excluding milk in the bowl
