From August 2025 up until March this year this is how I descended because of my stupid ex girlfiend and her influences on while dating (first picture is August) (second picture was in March) after finally opening up my mind , I finally broke up with her and got back into the gym , fixed my diet took care of myself and fixed habits and this transformation from the second picture to the last 3 pictures took me about 4-5 weeks , rate the ascension my brothers

I’m 16 so the entire transformation was natural , and I only take mk677 in order to improve my sleep quality.
