not bad, try measuring them tho and posting the measurement here

take a tape measure, start right above the sternum (there should be two little bumps, one on each side; this is the start of each clavicle), and measure until the individual clavicle ends right before the shoulder joint

you should definitely gain some muscle, and your frame will look better
