Rate my Coloring? Thoughts on Improving it as well

I have light brown/dirty blonde hair, light brown eyebrows, really light green eyes (kinda like minty with really dark limbal rings), and slightly tanned skin.

Thoughts?

Also, what should I do to improve?
I think that I should hop on minox as well as dye my eyebrows.

Maybe dye my hair dark brown as that is ideal?

Kinda, not as good skin so currently collagen maxing and trying to get his glowing skin. He is definitely the guy I mostly resemble despite drastically different phenos.
