Agree.

At least put some sauce...
No sauce when cutting, bro.

Insane body but trucel face
You already said that, his body is insane halo for sure.

You can cut with Meat + Fish you know ?
Not to get down to 6% body-fat. You need carbs after a certain threshold.

This rice is low in protein, that's why I like it.

And every morning I eat protein shake + two chicken breasts for breakfast with a big gulp of coffee.

Sont à High Protein better for cutting ?

Yes, but there is more depth to this than you think.

I am doing protein and carb cycling at the same time.

Morning I eat coffee, protein, no carbs. This makes my glucose tank and protein level spike.

In the evening I eat carbs but no protein, this makes my glucose spike, but protein tank.

But why doing this ?

Explain more
Where did you find it
This is something I thought up myself.

In mice low protein intake lowers adiposity and increases energy expenditure, it also prolongs lifespan.

In humans, low protein meal with high amount of carbs is able to raise FGF21, a hormone responsible for many beneficial effects.

In old men, higher protein intake in one meal instead of spread out also has better effect on muscle growth/protein retention.

In humans and mice, high protein intake also reduces adiposity.

In nature, protein is never found together with carbohydrates. Often it's either fruit(1-5% protein /kcal) or meat(20-40% protein/kcal).

So I eat meat in the morning with protein shake to avoid muscle loss and to reduce liver fat, while in the evening I only eat rice, bananas, garlic, onions, carrots, candy, honey.

Do it seem to work nowadays ?

I ate a lot of honey and candy, way too much than I had to, I didn't gain weight at all.

Now I replaced honey and candy with rice instead, and I am definitely losing weight.

My goal is to lose facial fat, this diet is specialized in reducing abdominal fat which is most correlated to facial fat.

I think this is bullshit tho
You cant lose facial fat or a part of a body only
When you lose fat, you lose fat everywhere

That's okay, you don't know what I know, so it makes sense that you'd think like that.

But the fact is, different adipocytes react differently to certain hormones/signals. For example facial adipocytes lack beta receptors(no beta-3 and only half of beta-2), but at the same time they are very sensitive to NEFA's, especially FPUFA's, because they have 8x the PPAR-gamma receptors. This explains why visceral fat(which has relatively more beta receptors than other types of fat in the body) is still correlated to facial fat(which has almost no beta receptors), because visceral fat is highly correlated to blood trigs and NEFAs.

This also explains why anorexics still have facial bloat, anorexia is tied to paradoxical increase of visceral fat because of unhealthy hormones.

Ideally one has to minimize visceral fat to maximize facial gains, to do so one has to manipulate one's hormones enough to make a difference. What hormones/factors lead to more visceral fat loss relative to other type of fat loss?

  • Beta-receptor agonists(clen is an example, clen often shreds facial fat, but also just intense exercise in general which spikes adrenaline, higenamine is also an example).
  • A lot of core exercises, this increases blood-flow locally and if done while caloric balance is negative, will lead to more visceral fat loss.
  • Weight loss in general.
  • More calories consumed during day than night.
  • Higher protein and PUFA intake during negative caloric balance.
  • FGF21(High carb, low protein meal increases FGF21 massively).
  • Certain supplements/foods like nicotinic acid, taurine, coffee.
