Rate my current diet

Since i dont live in my home now i have to cook for me .So 1.Breakfast-5 scrambled eggs and two sandwiches or whole quark with two bananas after that for dinner i will have 400-500 grams of chicken most of the time without nothing because im too lazy to cook rice or potatoes .

people dont like to, but optimal nutrition is eating everything in small amounts and maintaining a calorie deficit

Good season the chicken tho. I ate 2 boiled eggs almond peanut steak bread raw onion tomato today might eat an apple or two in a few mins

i was cooking my eggs with lavash when i was at home and was delicious asf i still like them i put ketchup
