Should I bulk or cut? My unfrauded height is 5’11 and I weigh around 155 pounds here. Currently my diet is as follows:

AM: 3 eggs cooked in olive oil, banana

PM: Chicken/beef with veggies and rice

Snack: Berries, kale, walnuts some honey

Dinner: Chicken/Beef with veggies and rice

Looks good man

Bulking and cutting is a meme, just eat around maintenance with high protein and you’ll build the exact same amount of muscle

pretty good but definitely room for improvement especially in the chest, also shaving upper body hair will help a lot

I’ve always undertrained chest bc Zyzz said that focusing on shoulders gives the Greek statue look while having a bigger chest makes you look more narrow. I think mainstream bodybuilding is what popularized big pectorals. The greek statues all had flat chests and developed shoulders.

i dont see how big chest can make you more narrow tbh, good chest is very aesthetic

This is what I mean. I agree some chest size is good but too much and it can look weird

big chest is a meme, literally looks like breasts when you’re not flaring lats

follow this rule to a tea, never train chest, only hit shoulders.back.

Like I thought my physique is ideal for women. Bulked up guys only appeal to men I don’t want to get fat

Yeah I used to be a lot bigger but stopped eating and training which resulted in this physique. This is me without training for months

Id say cut a little bit more, then do a 7-12 month bulk (Id say 10 months would be best ). In your bulk you should work your bench press to get a heavy number, cause you want a bigger chest and shoulders and lats. Do this by getting a higher bench in the 5-6 reps range for sets of 3. Do abs 2 times a week. After a bulk of 7-12 months, cut down to the body fat that's just a bit leaner than you are now (not much more, there's no point in getting shredded as a natty, just get lean). Also deadlifts could help you for your core and posterior chain.

Do that and you will be in the perfect spot. No bigger, no no leaner than that. It's perfectly attainable for you within a little over a year if done properly. Hell, you could reach the optimal spot in half that time if done right. Adding 10lbs of muscle could be done in this time. That's really all you need
