OP Rate my custom jaw implant by a maxillofacial surgeon

Hey guys, so I got a PEEK custom jaw wraparound implant- a rather discreet one, and just want everyone’s opinion. It’s only been 6 weeks so it’s still very swelled but what do u think . I’m so lucky that I never felt any pain or had any complications unlike other patients of other surgeons. The dr kept checking up on me for 5 days after , even on a Sunday when’s hes off work

Your eye area takes from your look sooo much, but I think your jaw looks fantastic. Good job. Idk what you'd do to fix eye area though.

He said it straight up to my face - an osteotomy will never give u the results what u seek. But most of his treatments are implant free

I know I’ve always hated my eye area to they are close set but I honestly don’t know what to do, and that’s if I wanted to do something. Initially I was also considering getting cheek implants too but the surgeon said my cheeks were fine

Firstly it’s swelling secondly You ‘no matter what you do’ makes it sound as if I’m aiming to undergo lots of procedures to look model like. I already know I’m attractive and happy with my face, the jaw was only to change the shape of my face and nothing more. I’m happy with my face and I’m not like the typical user here who’s spends hours picking out faults and then more hours researching how to fix them.

if you want advice get a surgery to raise your lower eyelids or something to reduce upper eyelid exposure or fix your ipd

also it looks like your cheekbones are in the right place (high set) but dont protrude malarlly so you could get cheekbone implants

besides that you look better then most people do when i walk outside on a typical day
