Test way to high plus unoptimal ester and no idea why you chose nanodrolone tbh and hgh needs to be titrated up faster and the ai is way too low dosed

Thats fair but wym unoptimal ester, I thought short ester with a frequent injection schedule was a good thing for hormone control

Enanthate can also be injected daily and the levels will not even fluctuate in the slightest compared to other esters but it's not a major difference i will personally do enanthate daily pins or cypionate they are the same tbh

20, I'd love to max out my height but its lowk over most likely. Mandible and other bone development in the face would be nice but mostly just trying to work on my physique rn

Your plates are most likely closed and what i hear about your goals is that you want anabolic but also androgenic stuff both together. I'd go with medium high test and a dht derivative such as anavar and provirion for more android shit. That would be a easy cycle

add a stimulant, like methylphenidate or other nootropics like lisdexamfetamine to life max

I'd say it's valid but blood serum levels will fluctuate and if you use a non suicidal ai I would see no reason to fuck around with the half life so just take it daily also 0.5mg is too low anastrozole is not that strong at binding as letrozole and caps out earlier. Also in the cases of high test cycles which I would really not do myself you would not use anastrozole bc you would use aromasin which is safer and more used in that case the both others are more heightmaxxing ai's and aromasin is also steroidal and if op decides for high test he should use a standard aromasin protocol meant for his dosage and I would strongly recommend you to use enanthantate instead of propionate. So your test idea is aight if you prefer that but ai is insanely underdosed tbh @gowtherr

Sadly i'm not that informed on aromasin tbh but I can ask a friend who is using it with test what he is taking bc I only know dosing for letrozole and anastrozole bc these are my favs but you need to know that dosing a suicidal ai is completely different as you don't have to worry about the binding half life so that makes it easier tbh

If you already own anastrozole and have used it before than you could also just use this one if you are able to take it consistently and that is the big rule bc the half life is not long so you can't skip more than one day and doing it daily is kinda needed. Also now is the point to make a decision if you want a high test cycle with really not that many other compounds which I would not recommend or a low to medium high test with dht derivatives and others. If you go for high test then take the dosage and take aromasin in the recommended dose in relation to it and if you go for the other option take either 0.5mg anastrozole daily with low test even though with low test no ai is needed ignore ehat I just wrote but with medium high test 0.5 to 1mg of anastrozole daily is needed. I consider high dose above 500mg a week and low dose under 250mg

You got bloodwork to determine AI dosage? Try not to guess when it comes to that high dose of test. Also 3 months is a little short, push for 16+ weeks if bloodwork is optimal
