Breakfast- skip
Lunch- school cafeteria slop plus school milk
Diner- whatever mom makes usually decently high protein but also pretty high carbs ( usually some type of pasta or Mexican food) also usually drink like 3-4 glasses of milk at supper
Pre workout- 2 rice crispys or rice cake and preworkout
Post workout- big spoonful of raw hunny then protien shake with 16 oz milks then 1 and a half scoops protien and 5g creatine
That’s it I know it’s atrocious. What should I change or is it fine how it is?
