(cone is 17 calorie, and a scoop is like around 90)

220 calories

massive bowl of popcorn + pepsi

450 calories

1 ice cream cones

110 calories

protein chocolate yogurt

150 calories

1 banana and apple

200 calorie

total 1130 calories.

Like 45g of protein

mega seciated shredding weight jfl. Defo not healthy but insane protocol for fat loss

Thats definitely an aggressive cut bro. 1130 calories is crazy low, especially if you’re training you’ll shred fast but you’ll also risk muscle loss and feeling drained. At least you’re getting a bit of protein in, but I’d try to bump it up closer to 100g if you can. Also, make sure you’re not just surviving on sugar and popcorn, otherwise your body

its for 5 days before lessons lol. Im aware its super unhealthy, the day prior i had double cream, milk, salmon and bacon and shit to get all my nutrients before i start this.

Im not working out im just watching movies and shit and playing games. It helps me shred like crazy without having this urge in my stomach to destroy my fridge and eat everything inside it or cook a massive meal.

its only 5 days, you already loaded nutrients before, you’re not working out so it won’t kill you, and if it helps you stick to it without binging then it makes sense

i dont need to binge lol im eating 3 ice cream cones a day and if still im not seciated after eating all of this somehow i have some jelly pots that arel ike 10 calories and massive
