I think I had potential as a kid, but then I played video games 14 hrs a day on top of school and didn’t sleep. Found looksmaxing in 2016 and stopped mouthbreathing started going outside. Went from 195lbs to 145lbs to 185lbs. I would like to know my PSL rating, what you guys think of my efforts, and if you think there’s anything else I can do at this point(21). I attached in n out photo as reference to me at my worst state being extremely high, in bad lighting, and gross hair.
