breakfast: banana milkshake/ingredients: milk + 2 bananas + drizzle of raw honey

lunch: same meal as breakfast

dinner: 1 steak cooked medium rare with butter + 4 eggs cooked with butter

note that im only doing this to lean out for the summer and my goal is to reach 55kgs
 
Just eat the steak raw your killing beneficial nuterients and bacteria.

OP

You're gonna end up deformed if you take fgfr3 inhibitors, check if ur groth plates are open or not to see if its wroth the risk
