Rate my diet for leanmaxxing.

Sup guys, been a while.

Currently trying to leanmax.

What's your opinion about this diet?

OMAD
500g 80/20 ground beef
4 white potatoes
50g oliveoil
200-300ml berries
losalt/black pepper for spicing
water/coconut water

≈ 2200kcal, 85g carbs, 150g protein, 130g fat

Currently at 75kg, 180cm - 20%bf

Going down to 60-65kg, trying to reach 10%

I like that you're eating potatoes most looksmaxxers skip them but they're so high in potassium and minerals you don't get from meat

but 440 calories just from olive oil really? you should have more carbs instead

I honestly couldn't leanmax by doing OMAD but if that works for you then great lol

Low carb will mess with electrolytes, aswell raise cortisole if ur not doing it properly.

Potatoes are the best food for keeping electrolytes in check, which is why i added it.

Still keeping carbs lower as it improves me mentally.
85g carbs is enough for me personally.

I would add some carrots, salmons, and cashews. These are mostly preference but preferably foods with vit A/vit D/omega 3/magnesium would work too. I reduced ground beef to 280g. What do you think?

I avoid Vitamin A foods completely as it's pure poison imo. I took beta carotene supplements for years together with high dosage accutane - (vitamin a derivative) - and it completely ruined me.

This is pretty much an inflammatory-free diet.

Most salmon nowadays is farm raised and is very toxic, so i avoid that together with omega 3s, from what i have seen it causes more harm than good.

Yeah, carrots would be mostly for beta-carotene. Realistically though you would need even more than, like half a kilo to get the amount you get from supplementation lol. I didn't know you were supplementing it, but yeah, it's not really useful to eat a fuck ton of carrots while supplementing it already.

Farm-raised salmon is shit indeed. It's hard to get wild salmon where I live so I usually just eat mackerel or anchovies tbh. Why do you think omega 3s cause more harm than good? Average american has a omega 3-6 ratio of like 15 or even higher because of seed oils and eating fatty fish helps with it

Yup, potatoes are my favourite carb because of that. And they are low in carbs. Like 10-20g per 100g

Replace olive oil with coconut oil as the saturated fat in coconut oil is pro metabolic and pro hormonal. Also consume 30% of protien form gelatin to get anti stress amino acids such as glycine, proline, hydroxiproline.
