Which diet mogs?

500g 80/20 ground beef (raw weight)
2 large chicken dumsticks
200-300ml berries
losalt/blackpepper/cinnamon for spicing
water/coconut water

≈ 1750kcal, 30g carbs, 130g protein, 120g fat

or

OMAD
500g 80/20 ground beef (raw weight)
4 white potatoes
50g olive oil
200-300ml berries
losalt/black pepper/cinnamon for spicing
water/coconut water

≈ 2100kcal, 100g carbs, 100g protein, 150g fat
 
Low carb is ideal

100g isn’t even high carbs. I’d advise you to just do the one you can sustain in this case , 1750 cals is also low for a man
 
In my experience low carb only makes sense if u do really high fat
 
Low carb for debloating and high carb for performance
