At 9 am I had half a cup of raw nuts (mix of cashews, almonds, pecans), two avocados, one bowl of beef broth with 20 g collagen, two small sweet peppers, 1 tablespoon of turmeric, 1 tablespoon of black pepper, 1 tablespoon of parsley. That’s it for the day.

Surely it's easier just eating the same amount every day?
No because then I have to limit my consumption every day. It’s easier for me to just not really eat for a day and then the next day have a feast

sounds boring

today i ate a bowl of skir with peanut butter, cereal, banana and almonds for breakfast, 400g beef stew with a rich sauce & potatoes for lunch, a lamb sheesh kebab roll with salad and spinach & a mixed meditterean salad with tomatoes, feta and rocket for dinner and now i'm having a mcdonalds feast for midnight

clocking in at about 4000 kcal

Nuts are a good staple for longevity
Almonds and walnuts also boost levels of a substance called SHBG, which binds to testosterone in effect, neutralizing its androgenic effects. In other words, it greatly reduces testosterone production. Nuts also happen to have high amounts of PUFAs, which as you are well aware, hammers testosterone levels.

Polyunsaturated fats, as well as sugars, are known to initiate or augment several diseases, such as cancer, inflammation, asthma, type 2 diabetes, atherosclerosis, and endothelial dysfunction. Americans currently eat way too many omega 6 fats and too few omega 3 fats. The ratio is critical.

Eating some PUFAs in nuts and shit doesn’t seem like a problem to me. Saturated fat increases inflammation btw

Gigacope
Humans have lived off nuts for thousands of years
Any supposed effects will not be strong enough to have any substantial impact on testosterone or its effects
