1 pound of cold cut turkey

-80 grams of protein

No need to be cooked I just eat the full pound out of the package at night after I lift, it’s $7.68 usd per day which is hella cheap and it’s rly easy.

Also drink 4.5 L of water a day

I’m getting low calories, good protein, good water. Considering my maintenance calorie intake is like 5 or 6 times that I should be loosing fat pretty quickly and hunger isn’t an issue I’m just pinning 0.5mg of semaglutide every time I get hungry and won’t exceed 2.5mg a week

I prefer cottage cheese for a quick and easy source of protein but I would consider trying this

Sodium is fine I’m doing 30min of cardio a day having a little sodium after will be good and it won’t be harmful water retention wise I’m getting 4.5L a day which is over kill

You guys underestimate the value of it being pre cooked I’ve literally cheated on my diet before for the sole reason of not wanting to do dishes when I’m done. My family can no longer ask me to do dishes since i literally won’t use any plates, pans, or cups (since I’m using a 1.5L gas station plastic water bottle)
