I fast until 12pm and have 300g grassfed groound beef 20 % fat with 80g white basmati rice. I then have some fruit (normally a couple kiwis, some bluberries and strawberries and a banana. Then after the gym i have 400ml of raw milk. For my post workout meal i have some potato fries cooked in beef tallow with 6 fried eggs, an avocado and normally a 10 oz grassfed rump/sirloin steak, if not then its salmon (normally have salmon twice per week. Then i have another banana and 400ml of raw milk before bed.

Everything is pretty much nailed, the steak in the evening on top of 300g ground beef and eggs is overkill. You could use these 7/800kcal to fill in other deficiencies like e.g. salmon (which u already do) for omega 3s, Vitamin A or more leafy greens / if ur in the anti oxalate scene kiwis for Vitamin K, zinc would then still be above ur rdi- I doubt Magnesium would, ao maybe work in some nuts as well. Ur fat profile is great- avocados, beef tallow, fatty fish, idk how many carbs you have after the workout but make sure its plenty from fruit or your potatoes to replenish muscle glycogen but zamn overall excellent diet 😳✌️
 
mogger diet ngl, i personally eat bunch of red bell peppers for vitamin C and A and also i would advise you to lower fat intake since it really adds up.

Thanks bro, i have around 80g of carbs after id say from the potatoes plus banana and raw milk. I take magnesium supplements and vit d3.

It’s actually pretty moderate id say, hes a pretty active person judging from his diet, products like ground beef are also capped at 20%, beef tallow, avocado n the eggs might add up to 1.3g per kg bw max which is in the ideal range to maintain hormonal health but idk I might be tweaking

alr, im bulking atm (200-250 surplus) so im not too bothered abt staying lean would i still need to lower fat?

How much do you cook your beef?
Try implementing more seafood and cut the rice or at least eat less because it's just sugar and fiber :feelsgood:

I cook it til its brownish, still abit red i would say. And what type of seafood would you recommend? Im lean bulking rn so the rice kinda helps

The best color in a steak or in meat in general is the first. You'll lose way less nutrients

I reccomend swordfish, tastes heavenly. Just get fish don't stress it if it's good quality.

Okay thanks bro, yeah i cook my steak about 2.5 i think, maybe even 2. Also is trout and tuna fillet any good? I will definitely try swordfish though.

Yeah but trouts are kinda small aren't they?
Tuna is really good, like salmon, and all fishes (not farmed ones). Try to get wild caught ones from your local market.

it's not just about being lean or not but a lot of fats isn't ideal for you

lol newfag, u thinking about ur health or just looking for attention? basic diet, just stick to the standard plan, 2x/week salmon, plenty of greens and leafy greens. rest is solid, nothing more to add here.
