I fast until 12pm and have 300g grassfed groound beef 20 % fat with 80g white basmati rice. I then have some fruit (normally a couple kiwis, some bluberries and strawberries and a banana. Then after the gym i have 400ml of raw milk. For my post workout meal i have some potato fries cooked in beef tallow with 6 fried eggs, an avocado and normally a 10 oz grassfed rump/sirloin steak, if not then its salmon (normally have salmon twice per week. Then i have another banana and 400ml of raw milk before bed.
