i don’t take all of them at once i cycle them

i don’t eat every single thing every day it’s just a list of the foods i generally eat i have different stuff everyday

Alright if you like to eat them do so but you want us to rate your diet and i am asking, why do you have to eat each of the things you just listed? D tier diet at the moment unless you convince me that you need every single of the foods listed? it just seems counterproductive to be buying suboptimal stuff when you could just isolate what actually matters on that diet

i don’t each every single one like one day i eat a banana for fruit one day i eat a different fruit it’s not the same every day it’s just a list of all the foods i eat every week

During spring and summer you should add simple sugars like honey, fruits and milk and you should be active, play soccer, football, basketball, swim, etc. Sugar should be eaten before or during those activities

i thought milk and other raw dairy can be eaten year long

Diet depends mostly on environment and climate conditions

Yes in short carnivore when its cold and add simple sugars when its hot since you need more energy/glucose for the brain
