Ive been trying but its impossible to make it sustainable when I am growing and trying to gain muscle. If I am in a constant deficit how am I suppose to build or even keep muscle? That's what I don't get.
 
It’s pretty much only possible to gain muscle while losing fat if ur very low muscle, I would say u should either stick to a maintenance or 100-200 calorie surplus and just gain the amount of muscle u want and then cut down to a low body fat, or u can cut down now to like 12% and then do a small bulk and stop at 15-16% bf and then cut down again, both options are annoying but they will work. Also ur young so I wouldn’t do an aggressive cut or else it’ll cuck your growth.
