I’ll just train my neck and get dreads, and my philtrum seemed long because I cut my mustache short. Here’s a normal mustache pic of me—rate me please. This was during the summer. I’m mixed so my skin is more tanned here.

Yea the philtrum is definitely not the problem, you’re handsome. I would say just train your body and stay healthy, your nose is still big but no one outside of the community cares or even notices it. In this photo from the front I’d rate you hmtn, and with better hair lhtn-htn.
