Rate my eye area 15m (unfrauded, neutral expression, not squinting, without anything on it like Vaseline)

Also there's my plan( Ik its simple and short) to help improve it :
Continue using minodixil( been one month of use now)
Dye my eyebrows and lashes a very dark brown or a black
Maybe use a peptide eyelash serum

Tbh Ik my plan is very short and bare because I don't rlly know any other things I can do so if you have any suggestions they are appreciated

you did not include any photos to rate the eye area. since you have only used minoxidil for a month, you will likely need to give it more time before judging any changes.
