I have close set eyes my ipd is like 58 mm and my icd also is shit 29-30 mm, the only one that saves me is a decent pfl of 32 mm but it still looks comical on my face

I wouldn’t say you need it the assymetry is not noticeable really, go get a ct scan of your skull to see how it looks with just your skull.

Nah, u don't need it

on their own, your eyes look very nice. But a low ipd could affect other important things like your MFR and harmony. In that case an OBO may prove necessary.
