You can still look good enough but you need PCT to reach the higher echelons of physical attractiveness. It's arguably difficult to even reach chadlite with NCT. Sam Dezz still manages to look chadlite since every single feature in his entire face is great except eye area, but he has more eye area flaws than just NCT, still it's a good example of how he is kept from chad just by such a "small" flaw destroying his otherwise masculine face and making it appear weak.
