You have slight exotropic strabismus, so a surgery for that is recommended. Your one eyelid is a bit different than the other, giving a slight asymmetrical look. So a blepharoplasty would be recommended too. Overall your eyes are good, but these asymmetries could be corrected if you want perfection. Your nose also looks a bit big although I cannot see the rest of your face. I also think your eyebrows are too thick and long on the sides, like they extend too long towards your ears, so I recommend you to get them trimmed a bit.
