You could use better infraorbitals. Yeah medial cantho + infraorbital implants would ascend you hard. Same thing I need as well to go from HTN to anything higher in my eye area. You could get a fat graft to improve hooding.

It's because you don't have good enough bones or soft tissue in the undereye. Yeah lifestyle can affect it but I've noticed curry undereye area descends a lot with age so it helps to have more mass in the area like implants.
