Do not frown for photos. Look in the mirror and try to kind of squint your eyes subtly, but in a warm, positive way. NOT like some kind of pissed off edgelord like in the pics you posted. It's a very fine line and most will never get it right, at least not for the first few weeks of trying this. Also when smiling in photos, smile - but not too much. Even a slight smile is fine. Most people over-do it because your face muscles won't feel like you're smiling enough, but trust me, less is more.
